company.  JOHN ROGELL, President and Real Estate Broker, has over 25
years of experience in the industry. MR. ROGELL has been involved in
all types of properties such as single family, multi-family, mid-rise and
high-rise condominiums, shopping centers, commercial buildings, vacant land,
and developments. He is abundantly experienced and very knowledgeable in
all aspects of marketing, selling, leasing, planning, zoning, site development,
permitting, land acquisitions, and building construction.

During his career,
JOHN ROGELL has been affiliated with major National Residential and Commercial
Real Estate Companies, Development Companies, and Building Companies. John has
been involved in many multimillion-dollar projects.

John is very
